Mitch provided a speedy and clear quote (which he quickly adjusted when I messed him around!) and was able to meet my requested start date with no problems. The installation of my new boiler (and other minor jobs) was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. He explained everything he was doing as the job progressed and when it turned out there was a minor (manufacturer's) problem with the boiler he was proactive in arranging an engineer to attend and provided ongoing assistance throughout that appointment as well.
