Last year charged me 40GBP call-out fee (usually callout fee is about 20 and I doubt that they have charged me double) to inspect gas hob and blocked pipe to radiator valve, and quoted me hundreds to replace them. I couldnot afford hundreds at that time so I didnot use their service. Magically, I used some WD-40 to the radiator valve and it works again. Will never use this company in the future. More...
