What’s your signature dish?
We are experienced in all aspects of food but as I am Mediterranean I love Italian cuisine.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love meeting the client at the restaurant and do free tasters so they get a feel of what we do. It is vital to hear what the client wants to create the perfect function for them
What do you love most about your job?
All of it . I dream of menus I can remember as young as 5 cooking in the kitchen with my dad . We named the restaurant after him and I still have the cheese grater that he used to use.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I think the passion for cooking has always been in me and I love creating new menus
