The team gave me good advice about layout etc and each of the publications have been produced in very good time from receipt of the PDF. Matt was very helpful when I was trying to assemble a set of complicated copying for the organisation; he gave good advice about the most appropriate paper type and also suggestions for keeping the cost low.
