We have been a customer of Minster Cleaning for just over 3 years. They were brilliant at providing additional cleaning during the pandemic and we have kept this going. Over this time we have had a few cleaning staff and can say that we have always been able to get our premises cleaned during absences as Minster has quickly put a replacement in for us. We have a small site but have high usage of visitors in all areas and infection control has to be of a high standard. We were recently lucky to have an experienced member of the Minster team working for us whilst they were recruiting a new member and staff. Luckily for us he decided to stay with us and has made a big difference to the cleanliness of all rooms; the bonus is that he does it with a smile too and feels like part of our team.
