We had our wedding on 1st July 2017 at The Country Park Hessle and Sophisticated Shindigs decorated the venue for us. First class service from start to finish. Sophie and her father were brilliant and always helpful and cheerful when we needed them. We chose white chair covers with lemon ribbons and also had the starlight top table cloth, back drop, starlight archway and the post box. The venue looked fantastic, please have a look at the photo's Sophie has posted on this page. You will not be disappointed with Sophisticated Shindigs, not only can I strongly recommend them, look at the other reviews. Sophie was so helpful when discussing what I wanted for our venue. The colour of the sashes was perfect and the log slices we hired for the centre of the tables looked fab. In the week before the wedding I asked about a bigger piece of log for the cake stand and Sophie replied so quickly. We first met sophie at a wedding Fair where she was very helpful in helping us with our centre pieces which we booked .. ... a few months later we was let down by another company for our backdrop so I contacted sophie to help which she was more then happy to help with .... sophie was really helpful all the way though the planning of how we wanted our set up.... Sophie helped me out at last minute with an aisle runner for my wedding in October. She put me at ease straight away and her prices were very competitive.
Sophie replied to my messages straight away and knew exactly the look I was going for with my autumn theme.

We met Sophie and her father at a wedding fayre in the holiday inn, both Sophie and her father was very happy in helping us on the day, we decided straight away that we would choose Sophie to make our day that little bit extra special, after countless messages any time of the day Sophie always replied with a smile to answer loads of questions, we were then invited to her home to have our consultation.
Sophie and her farther were very professional from start to finish, a real pleasure to meet and made our day extra special and stress free. Highly recommended . Thanks again love Matt & Charley

We used her for everything - from the table decorations (everyone commented how lovely the tree with lilac rose centrepieces were) chair covers, twinkle back drop, wedding post box.
She listened to what we wanted & advised us accordingly. At a competitive price too!

I would recommend Sophie to do your chair covers/bows and table runners on your wedding day, Sophie was helpful from the day I contacted her and helped me choose the perfect colored bows for our chairs and runners for the table which went perfect with our wedding theme.
