Hi Sarah Jayne,

I would like to thank you very much for helping me to cure my bird and fish phobias.
I can not explain to you what a difference it has made to both mine and my family's life. On our recent holiday I was able to sit in a restaurant where birds were flying around, go to a wildlife sanctuary and also I was able to swim with the turtles.
It has made such a difference and I am now able to go to and do things I couldn't think of before for fear of coming in to contact with birds.
You are truly wonderful and I do not have the words to tell you how grateful myself and my family are.
I have recommended you to a few people I know with phobias and anxieties so hopefully you will be able to help them as much as you have helped me.

Just to say a big thank you for your help in getting me over my fear of heights. My problem with heights had been with me since childhood but following the two sessions with you I am pleased to say that my recent skiing trip was a complete success, unlike my previous experience. I was totally relaxed with chair lifts and the highest of ski runs. This enabled both my family and me to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Thanks again Chris.

I wanted to let you know that *** has now started at Uni and despite a little concern before we went there, once he arrived and he saw a couple of pigeons he was fine and was very confident. He said he still doesn't like birds but is not fearful of them as he was in the past. He - and us - are delighted with the results after just one session so thank you very much......
