What do you love most about your job?
In the past I have struggled with Depression and Anxiety along with other issues, and to be honest at the time I never thought it would end. With the help of Hypnotherapy and learning who I truly was and who I wanted to be it has made me realise that I was not alone. Many of you out there are still facing life with Fears, Phobias, Anxiety, Stress and Depression and I want to help you realise your true potential so you can progress in life and take back your own control of where you want your life to head. No longer weighed down with the burden of Stress, Anxiety, Issues or Fears but free, liberated and moving forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
By having my own Business I am in control of my life and where I want it to go and that is by helping others that are suffering or struggling.
Working for myself I can help others and keep a healthy work family balance in my life too.

I have had hard times in life and I have struggled with Fear, Anxiety, Stress, Depression and more, so I am very understanding and empathetic. I also hated being judged by the way I was at times so I can assure you that no matter what your problems or issues, I will never judge you. Everyone is unique and we have all had thoughts or behaviours we are not proud of but I believe it is how we choose to help ourselves that makes the difference and I am invested in helping you be who you want to be and help you gain back the control needed to move your life in a positive direction with confidence.
