Mark has the most sensible balanced approach to weight loss and fitness I have come across. Much better than fad diets or expensive gym membership and using the great outdoors too. Brilliant.

I started working with Mind Nutrition Fitness a few months ago to get some fitness and nutritional advice. We have been working with Mark at MNF since September. We had tried all sorts of ways to lose weight. We were yo yo dieters, lost one week, put on the next. He came in and changed our thinking about how we ate. Suggested more foods to fill us up rather than eating rubbish. We also started to have a snack which found that we were not so hungry at mealtimes. Our health has improved. We are both older clients so strenuous exercise is not an option for us but we have lost weight consistently by changing our lifestyle and our eating habits with Mark's help. I was introduced to Mark at a time I was struggling to overcome a knee injury caused by poor muscle strength. He gave me some great ideas on how I could improve my nutrition to assist with my recovery and invited me to attend his free fitness session for exercise ideas. Although endurance sports are not his speciality (long distance runner) and I had no weight to lose Mark went out of his way to provide me invaluable advise and I am now well on my way to a full recovery!!
