I first went for a one off massage and was convinced by the quality of the treatment to start going on a monthly basis. Before this, i'd only been getting massages every six months or so, but since getting the monthly massages I have felt so much better. I'd had constant aches and knots in my back but now whenever an issue starts to arise it can be treated before it starts to cause me discomfort. Not only does my body feel better, but it's a lovely monthly treat. Sophie is friendly, professional and makes you feel at home. I received a massage from Sophie last week and my experience was very good. She was attentive to my needs and provided a massage to address my problems and not a standard "cookie cutter" massage. She also asks if you need water before and after the massage, which I appreciated. While the ambience is good, it isn't perfect. You will hear noise from above and people using the stairs. However, you're not paying for a Spa treatment either. So, given the cost of the massage, what you get is, indeed, very good. I will be back! More...

I had my first massage with Sophie who was extremely knowledgable. She took great care in her establishment to make a calm and peaceful environment which had a lot of thought and heart behind it.
