I had my first session on Thursday 9th bright and early at 8:30. The trainer turned up early and was positive and friendly throughout. My main reason for signing up was to have someone motivate me and make sure I really pushed myself. He did this brilliantly and wasn't afraid to be tough when needed. He provided clear instructions both before and during the exercises which was ideal to make sure I was doing the exercises right and with proper form. Everything you need comes to you the weight bench, the weights, EZ bar, resistance rope, skipping rope, boxing gloves etc. so you don't need to shell out on expensive equipment if your just starting out! The price is very competitive too especially when you consider what you would lay out for equipment and gym memberships, it really is a bargain. A really positive experience!
