Beautiful place Sooooo bright and clean with different levels of plush for your cats holidays with no loud noise just maybe a few chickens or bunnys going past to entertain them , and the lady who runs it is great! !! We struggled to find a local cattery that we felt comfortable leaving our little fur babies at. When we went to Mere Moggies and met Amanda we felt completely at ease leaving our 2 cats with her while we went on our honeymoon. Our older cat Dexter loves staying with Amanda and sees it as a little holiday!

The cattery is superb. Always super clean. Lots of toys and large pens for the cats to enjoy their stay.

Paddy stayed at Mere Moggies in June 2017. After finding mere Moggies on the internet and never putting Paddy in a cattery before I was very nervous, but was the best thing I did and Paddy was very well looked after so much so I have booked him in again this year and have no doubt whatsoever that he is in the best of hands, it’s a nice thought to go away on holiday and not have to worry as I know my cat is being well taken care of ������

Blue is very happy at the Cattery with Amanda. One stay he wasn't too well and Amanda went out of her way and took him to our vets in Nantwich. . The vet couldn't find anything wrong with him but Amanda still wasn't happy . When we got back from holiday we took him to the vets and they still couldn't find anything wrong. . . I myself like the pens and at how clean it is. No nasty smells ... Anyone looking for a Cattery should go and look as Amanda is only too happy to show you round....... More...

Amanda and her team are great. I always knew my kitty would be in good hands when I left him there. I took him to another cattery for a time due to moving house and needing somewhere a bit nearer, but due to unforeseen circumstances I am using Mere Moggies again (which I'm really pleased about! ). I took my two bunnies to Amanda because I was struggling to bond them myself and had been trying for a month and a half! After one day Amanda messaged saying they were doing really well and I was so surprised at how quickly she was working with them! I would not feel comfortable with my cats staying anywhere else.
The Cattery is beautiful, with lovely pens and facilities. Amanda clearly *knows* and loves cats, and what makes them happy and healthy.
My old cat (who is 20 years old) was poorly while we were in holiday, and Amanda looked after him so well. She kept us updated and we knew he was in the safest possible hands. We cannot thank her enough! More...

Our Archie was an RSPCA rescue cat who was taken to Amanda at Mere Moggies for a period of rest and recuperation prior to finding his forever home. When we saw him we fell in love with him. Mere Moggies was recommended to us as our youngest cat had recently had an operation and they have a variety of pens, including heated indoor ones, to suit different needs. He is nervous with strangers and Amanda took time and care in making sure he was settled during his stay. Mere Moggies has to be the best cattery. Run by Amanda and Nic, it has been designed to provide ultimate care. Large, warm, clean and comfortable pens with additional heating in the winter. Amanda and Nic are amazing animal lovers and have several of their own. Nic has also designed a rabbit "village" and Amanda is an ex RSPCA inspector, with extensive animal welfare knowledge. Mere Moggies is a great cattery. They have a 'triple door system' so you always feel your cats will be safe. The pens are a good size and clean and comfortable. Anyone who doesn't take their cats here must either have not heard about it or is stupid . The cats are in there own little kennel beautifully purpose built well heated for cold weather and ventilated for summer . The owner Amanda is ex rspca and her love for her animals shines through . Amanda looks after my bunnies when I go away by doing home visits and I was so glad I found her services not only for the comfort of knowing my furry friends are well cared for whilst I'm away , but also because as many of you know I now work at the cattery!
