Called Mera to help with my 51" Samsung. He offered many options of when he could come out within the next 24 hours. A quick diagnosis which required a part which he tried to help me find 2nd hand to save cost. As it goes no parts are available so he helped me purchase the part direct from Japan. Very quickly fitted it and put my TV back on the wall. Mera had great communication throughout all and gave lots of options for when to come round.
