I was someone that would sign up for the gym and end up going once. Now I look forward to my gym sessions. He helped me lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, after the first couple of weeks the results were visible and everyone was noticing the change. Before coming to the gym, I was feeling very tired and stressed! I had too much weight to loose and I was scared to go to the gym! Marek - my personal trainer was very patient and designed a training special for me. At the beginning, I was feeling frustrated, as I was upset not being able to accomplish all the exercises. After a month of training, I feel amazing! I have lost 6 kg. The training help me smile again and feel full of energy and mentally strong! I never felt the confidence or motivation to go the gym regularly, but wanted to find a good Personal Trainer to help me to lose weight and tone up. After reading all the previous great reviews I finally went ahead and booked a free consultation with Marek. He genuinely listened and understood my needs, helped me to focus on my goals and advised me about a realistic 12 week plan that would work best for me, all at a competitive rate.Within my first month, I'm really happy with the results so far! I always wanted to get fit but never made an effort, but then finally got in touch with Marek. My fitness has drastically improved in the last 3 weeks, what a transformation it has been. I'm a fitness enthusiast and laziness got the better of me. I signed up for a trainer led PT sessions to put me back on track and boy it's one of the better decisions I've made this year. I've been training with Marek and each session, I get to push myself hard and raise the bar for the intensity. Staying motivated and driven at the gym is a constant challenge and having the right trainer, who understands your needs and aspiration is very crucial to that commitment to stay fit. Can't say enough for what Marek has done for myself and others that I know during the time I have spent training with him. I was carrying more weight than ever and had let too many things such as work and other stresses become my excuses for poor nutrition and exercise habits.Marek went through every single detail from my lifestyle and daily nutrition to the exact amounts and intensity of cardio whilst helping me to plan effective goals that were obtainable and progressive.I lost over 9kg, in not even two months!!! He purely shows me that impossible doesn't exist! After 12 sessions gym and healthy prepared food become a habit for me! The psychological benefits were the biggest help in guiding me with assurance and confidence which changed my outlook on day to day life. Before beginning training with Marek,I would have considered my self a couch potato. I lacked motivation, thrive, I was alway tired and would have never thought and considered training. I decided I needed to be a bit more active and signed up to a month personal training with Marek.From the very first training session I was hooked.Marek Is very enthusiastic and is able to tailor his method of teaching to the customer. He is extremely knowledgeable and of great motivation. I stared training with Marek in January 2016, after two months of going to the gym on my own and despite loosing some weight I felt I needed more. I had seen Marek in the gym training clients and training on his own. I liked his style so I dropped him an e-mail and that's how it all began. Communication with him is really easy he always responds very promptly, regardless how late it is. Marek is a great motivator and and always pushes me hard to get the most out of my training time with him. Without marek I don't think I could have achieved the results I got on my own, it's been 3 months now I have learnt so much about nutrition, health and exercise I am extremely happy with the results I have got out of training with Marek.
