What do you love most about your job?
The fact that almost everybody who comes to see me remarks it is the best massage they've ever had! Despite being in this job for 18 years, and in related work as a Personal Trainer and triathlete before that, I'm constantly learning. I find the work fascinating. I really enjoy being able to do something that has very little negative impact on the environment and has real benefits for people of all ages.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work hard and wanted to be the beneficiary of that. It's meant I can tailor my hours around children, sport and life, and know everything about every client's experience. Customer service is paramount to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I was trained in Australia where Remedial Massage is an incredibly rigorous course. Alongside technical knowledge, I also I have a good feel for what people need, and what their pain threshold is. I am strong and you'll never have to endure the dreaded wishy washy massage, but I'm also not a bully - there's no need. I suppose the real reason people should choose me is that my treatments work.. I have seen hundreds of clients who will vouch for that.
