Melissa has been my friend for over 20 years and she was my first and only call I made to a photographer for my wedding day, she travelled to the lakes without a problem and helped to make our special day even more amazing ! ! She is a perfectionist and that shows on our amazing photos . She made me feel at ease when I was getting ready and even helped to fasten my dress!!

I have used Melissa in the past for my publicity photographs as a performer. Shoots have consisted of studio set ups, at my home and at live gigs and festivals. I love these photos and used them for all my publicity and website. What I love about Mel is how she makes you feel totally at ease and relaxed that you almost forget your 'posing' for the camera. That's why I love the photos- they are natural and brilliant...Mel has a talent for capturing your best moment.
I have recently used Melissa for my daughter's Christening. And the photographs are beautiful! On the day Melissa has a way of orchestrating group photos with her wit and charm...making it fun and enjoyable. Mel also has an eye for detail and covered all aspects of the day beautifully. More...

Whilst looking through old photos I realised we hadn't had family photos for 6 years! This was probably because time had got away from us but more to the point I really don't like my photo being taken. Melissa did a fabulous job of not only taking beautiful photos but making it feel like a family adventure. I soon forgot about my dislike of having photos taken. Melissa photographed my wedding in August and it was a wonderful experience. She helped my nervous groom relax and worked in all the quirky shots we wanted. She even stayed late to capture the ceilidh dancing we had. Aside from the fab experience on the day, she's always professional and easy to get hold of and great value for money. Melissa, accompanied by the highly talented Valerie and Babs, was our wonderful wedding photographer in May 2016. My husband Ollie and I have very hectic schedules (as can be seen by the time delay in this review! ) and Melissa was wonderful. She put herself out to fit us in at short notice for meetings and put up with our prolonged delay in picking our wedding photos for the stunning album (although you can forgive us for taking time due to the large number of beautiful pictures to choose between)! She was really friendly and professional throughout and certainly made the most of our wedding location, even staying late to capture some last minute shots.
