I cook with local, organic produce whenever possible and high quality meats and fish. My food is fresh, colorful, seasonal and delicious. My staff and I will take care of every detail so you can relax and enjoy your guests!
About the Chef: A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Meiganne has professional experience working in New York City’s top restaurants, catering companies and as a food stylist for popular cooking shows on the TV Food Network.

Fabulous caterer. We hired Meiganne to cater our son's bar mitzvah luncheon and we were not disappointed. Meiganne worked with us to create a menu that incorporated the usual (ie bagels, lox) but also something different (ie farro salad, trout salad). The result was fantastic. All the guests loved the food. Even the salad dressing was extra delicious. We were also very pleased that everything was organic, fresh, and locally sourced when possible. Meiganne herself was very calm, responsive, and professional - a real pleasure to work with. She handled our request for recyclable/reusable containers and bottles with aplomb. The serving staff she hired were professional and efficient. Overall a really great experience and we will definitely use her again. Highly recommend!! More...

Thank you for catering my daughter's First Holy Communion party. I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful your food looked and, most of all, tasted.
It was all absolutely delicious! Your food was the best catered food we ever had by far. The presentation was beautiful. The appetizer platter looked amazing and tasted wonderful. The cocktails were out of this world. The cake and desserts were also rich and delicious. The fruit platter was vibrant and so very fresh. We were more than satisfied and highly impressed with everything. All of our guests, including the kids, raved about your food.
We are believers in using fresh, organic ingredients because we can taste the difference. We tasted it in your food. Your use of the very best ingredients was evident in every bite and every detail right down to the garnishes.
You and your staff worked very hard and did a fabulous job. You are a talented and creative chef. We wish you all the best in your business. We plan to order more food from you in the future!

What a wonderful day, to celebrate my 25th and my In-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary together.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meiggane Serrano’s Catering, who helped make sure every detail from the food to the set up to be perfect.
Meiganne from the start, was nothing but accommodating, prompt and beyond helpful. She made me feel at ease. She assured me that I would have nothing to worry about, they would take care of everything, and they did.
Meiganne not only made sure my food was perfect but the service was fabulous. The staff was incredibly friendly as well, we can't say enough good things about them.
Celebrating at home was great. Meiganne took her time to plan every detail, from the best position of the tent to the position of the tables for the best flow of the guests. Tasting some of the horderves and the wine prior to the event was a great detail from her, that meant a lot to me, “ She cares”
The food was delicious, colorful and fresh, amazing desserts and the cake was great.
Working with her, you will not have to worry, your event will be wonderful and every detail will be perfect.
I would highly recommend her and will hire her for any future event!

We just wanted to thank you for the amazing food for our son's special day yesterday. The sandwiches and salads were amazing and our guests were raving about how fresh and flavorful all of the food was. The chicken sandwich was a crowd favorite and the kids (including some picky eaters!) devoured the pasta. All of the food- from the perfectly cooked beef to the tasty sourdough croutons- was just delicious! Meiganne is so easy to work with and made everything simple for us- great spot- on recommendations and then slightly adjusted the menu quickly based on our needs. Can't say enough good things about Meiganne, her staff, and food!
Meiganne was a delight to work with, so accommodating and captured our vision for our daughter's baby shower, perfectly!
Her staff was professional, friendly and attentive. The "create your own Buddha bowls" for lunch, were a delicious, creative and fun choice. For dessert, the ice cream sandwiches were a winner and the "create your own fresh fruit short cakes" were the perfect summertime treat! Looking forward to our next party with Meiganne!!

I found Meiganne Serrano Catering by reading the reviews here on Yelp. I figured why not? Everything said on yelp was positive and good. Better then good. Delicious food. Excellent service. I kept waiting for something to go wrong. This was too good to be true. Nothing went wrong. Everything went, well perfect. From initially meeting with Meiganne and planning, all the way from set up to take down, not one complaint. I am sorry I did not take pictures to share with you. But please try this caterer. You won't be sorry.Our next party, I won't have to look for a caterer again. She, and her crew (which were professional and very friendly) will from now on be our go to caterer. Awesome.
