I really enjoyed Megan's early morning classes last week. They were such a lovely way to start the day. She is very good at noticing what her trainees can do and adapting her instruction to suit them. A lovely balance of calm and challenge. I would definitely recommend Megan's classes to anyone, whether they are new to yoga or have prior experience. More...

Great class. really sets me up for the day! Megan is great at pitching the flows at the right level and adds in optional extras to keep challenging you. A good fitness based Yoga class!
