Mental Health Patient Transport
This service provides safe, secure and supported transport for patients experiencing mental illness. All of our ambulance staff have additional training in the care of patients with mental health problems.
Medic 1 has a variety of vehicle types and will work with medical and nursing staff to assess the patient and provide the most appropriate vehicle and level of care.
Medic 1 is CQC registered.
Event Medical Cover
Medic 1 provides comprehensive cover at all kinds of events.
Staff resources are Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, technicians, emergency care assistants and first aid staff. Our fleet of vehicles is made up of frontline ambulances, RRVs and logistics. We also have mobile medical centers.
As part of our service we will guide both new and experienced event organisers by creating dynamic risk assessments which will be used when we attend any SAG or planning meetings which need to be attended.
We are happy to attend event debriefs and also provide an a summary of cases treated. All patient identifiers are removed.
