Typical day includes, bank reconciliations, travel arrangements, and planning events. I learned how to interact and communicate with all different types of personalities and people from different cultures. We are a small office but we have several members of the staff from other countries. I also have to interact with everyone from the CEO and Vice President, to accounting, to sales people, and the IT department. The hardest part of my job is making sure none of the tasks fall to the side. I need information and input from several people. So often times, I can start a project, but it will be temporaily put on hold until I get more information or approval.
