I needed a local firm to work up my outline plans into a buildable scheme. I also wanted a form to project manage the work. Both requirements were met in full by Mark and his team. The precontract meeting were successful and various ideas were discussed on the way to finalising the design. The project management on site was good and the selected contractor worked well with mark. All in all a very positive experience. I never fail to get hold of Mark whenever I need some advice he always returns phone calls and always has alternative ideas which often have far more value than our suggestion.
Fair pricing as well I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone.

When looking for an architect MDA Architectural Services Ltd came recommended by a friend.
From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful.
From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested.
When looking for a builder to complete my extension, everyone commented on the quality of the drawings and the detail within.
For me that says it all when fellow professionals comment on the quality of work.
