I started working with her before she started her own business and was a certified personal trainer at another local facility. She led our group fitness classes with style and skill, and worked with many of us one-on-one to improve our own conditioning, strength, and flexibility. She got us results. When she brought in the boxing element to our training programs, people loved this new and exciting thing. I followed her (of course!) when she started her own business, and I've never looked back. Meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. It is so rewarding to see a client/friend reach a fitness level they've never achieved before, or haven't seen in a long time.

My own curiosity and desire to better myself led me far down the fitness path and fairly quickly I learned I had the ability to connect with others in a meaningful way and share what I learned with them. Simple formula, really. :)

There are a ton of choices in this field. I encourage everyone to take their time, do their research, and be sure they choose a trainer that is a good fit for them, their background, their needs, their desires, their current situation. Once they do that, if they choose me or not, they'll more than likely find the success they are looking for.



First, we see if we connect and want to work together. Then, we begin our detailed intake assessment. Next, you and I build your plan, the one tailored to your goals. We keep working together until you reach your goal, have gained enough knowledge to reach your goals on your own, or either party needs to terminate the relationship for whatever reason. No long term commitment required. Our team of Friendly Fitness Help professionals help you reach your goals. Boom. Simple. But it works!
