From the beginning of our project with Mitch (owner) meeting with us to review design, pick out cabinets and assist with coordinating tile, counter tops for the remodel of both of our bathrooms, to Rick (office manager) handling the order of specific items we selected (faucets, toilets, grab bars, shower hardware, teak shower seats, sinks, etc,), we have been pleased with our decision to work with MCA remodeling.
We just had our final inspection today on both bathroom remodels and we are "good to go"! And both remodels are truly beautiful!
After the initial demolition and installation of rough plumbing in our downstairs bathroom, James Palmonas has been the primary person working on our project. I cannot say enough good things about James. He corrected an error in the shower valve installation on his first day here. He is polite, courteous, funny, skilled, knowledgeable. He makes the project about what the customer wants, not about what is easiest. He is hard working and very easy (and fun) to work with. When questions arose regarding tile design/accent areas, placement of grab bars, shower seats and towel racks, etc. he had wonderful suggestions. This man does not "goof off"; he is constantly working. And he is accurate. He returned several items (medicine chests and mirror that were scratched) that arrived damaged that others might have used, but he had the items reordered. Mirrors, cabinets, niches, trim, etc are level (he actually uses a level). His attitude is "no problem, I can do that"! And he does....."
If James did not already have a loving mother and family, I might adopt him!
James is a wonderful representative of MCA and Mitch's desire to provide a quality, amazing remodel service to homeowners.

A few months ago I had my kitchen remolded by MCA Remodeling. The workers were very
professional and trust worthy and arrived at the time they said they would be arriving.
It was
an involved and tough job as the electricity had to be upgraded and a gas line installed for the gas stove. It only took them one day to demo the old kitchen. They did a very good job cleaning up each day and hauling the debris away. The best workers was Mark and Efrin. Mark did an excellent job of installing the back splash and tile. Efrin worked on putting the finishing touches to the cupboards. Gabriel did an excellent job on the counter top and installing it. I am enjoying my up to date kitchen.

We hired MCA to completely remodel our bathroom pretty much from the studs up. Everything was gutted and built back up. I can say without a doubt we went with the right company. The owner was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The team showed up to our home every morning on-time and worked in a clean, professional, friendly, and hard-working manner. Â My wife and I would have him working on any part of our house. Â His knowledge with all different aspects of construction was exceptional. Â If he found something that wasn't done correctly, he would not pass it on, he would fix the problem. Â We've never found an employee we felt so comfortable with. MCA Remodeling did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. I could not have asked for such a great remodel.James and Jeff did such a great job. They always asked how I wanted things before they preceded. All though I have two dogs they were able to work around them even though the dogs ate a lot of their stuff. Me my friends my neighbors are in uh and ahh with this kitchen it's a wow factor. Can't wait to cook for Christmas. James and Jeff are the two easiest people to get along with. Our field specialist was most excellent! His workmanship was of the utmost quality as well as his work ethic. When he remodeled our master bathroom he was most knowledgeable and also creative beyond measure by giving us some ideas on how to enhance the over all look;
such as the placement of the tiles, which color grout would look best, the placement of the towel bars and other accessories. James was meticulous in his work and he made sure everything was cleaned up for the next day's project. He was a perfectionist who took pride in his work, which we liked very much.
As far as Mitch who operates MCA Remodeling, he was very helpful in giving us options on our tiny master bathroom and he was never pushy and very honest about the cost of our remodel. We appreciated him being so personal with us and giving us his full attention.
We certainly would have MCA Remodeling do more remodeling projects for us!

This was the third time we've hired MCA.We have been very satisfied every time.Just finished updating our small master bathroom. Wow sooo beautiful. When the demo crew came was the start of a rocky situation. Some mistakes were done but James came in corrected and finished the job. James is very professional and so easy to work with. His attention to detail is amazing. Can't say enough good things about him. Mitch was also very helpful. He met us at the tile store to help us with design. We also went to his store to select our cabinets and fixtures. That was great. No running around and wasting our time.Would I recommend MCA absolutely. They will make you happy. I'm very happy. An overall 5-Star job was done on the complete gutting and remodel of our master bathroom by MCA. We had Antonio on the job by himself to start, and come to find out it was his first day, but boy did we feel lucky to have him assigned to our place after seeing his dedication, attention to detail, and pride that was evident in his work day in and day out. They added another guy BJ after a few days and this sped up daily progress even faster as one might expect. I tried to be home for as much of the remodel as possible to better have a handle on details, questions  and snafus that may arise, so I got to see first hand the pace with which they took care of business and was always impressed. They worked very productively as a team and did all of the demo work, new wood construction, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and fixture installation themselves, always making great daily progress. The only bump in the road occurred when they had done all they could for their part of the job and then it was almost a 3 week wait for the shower glass and mirror sub-contractor to complete the job. I understand it takes time to custom fabricate these materials, but maybe in the future these guys can come take their measurements sooner to accommodate for that. Â They helped us modernize -- replacing linoleum with tile, formica with granite, and updating our sinks and showers.In the process, they added recessed lighting and upgraded electrical needs to meet local construction codes.From the beginning, MCA offered excellent help while shopping with us to select materials for each room. Â They allowed space to express our likes and dislikes, while offering experienced suggestions when we were in doubt. Prudently, MCA was sure to order and receive all materials before beginning work.MCA seems quite discerning in selecting their crafts people and associates, like painters, granite finishers, and shower door builders.We found their team of workers to be honest, friendly, highly-skilled, and hard-working.We learned and respected -- as we had heard widely -- that construction and remodelling has inevitable timing delays and surprise technical puzzles to solve.Also MCA had days when other jobs and needs delayed our progress.So at our home, there were days when nothing happened, and balancing moments when one, two, or more craftsmen were on the job. Money-wise, the MCA cost estimate was 30% less than the highest competitor.They were totally true to their financial contract, even when unexpected, added modifications were needed.Were we to identify MCA's growing edge, it would be improved communication and more focus on continuity to begin and finish in a slightly more timely manner.We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.In the end was it all worth it, and would we highly recommend MCA?We surely would, YES. We hired MCA Remodeling to redo our bathroom. Mitch came by and was very pleasant to deal with and gave us a lot of options for the remodel. When it came time for the remodel the crew (which was headed by Jose) was very personable and friendly. They gave us information on everything they were doing any if any problems arose they would tell us immediately. There was a slight problem with our shower. When it came time to install the panels Jose noticed that one of them was deeply scratched. This was not due to Mitch's team but it happened at the manufacturer. A lot of contractors might have just put up the panel and hoped we didn't notice. But Jose told me right away and got clearance to order another panel. This delayed the remodel for about a week but I was very grateful that they did the job right instead of doing it the fastest.I would definitely have MCA do another remodeling project for us. More...

MCA remodeled my 2 bathrooms this last year and we are very pleased with the results. These were major remodeling projects. In one bathroom, all the plumbing was relocated to different locations to make room for both a whirlpool bath and a separate walk-in shower, plus a new dual sink vanity. The other bath room had a sunken shower that had to be raised up to floor level to meet local codes.The work took longer than anticipated but since Brian P. did such excellent work on them, I was OK with the extra time it took. Mitch and his crew are miracle workers. Â Our kitchen island needed to be totally rebuilt before a big party we had. Â They finished the night before and it is beautiful. Â They also installed french doors for us and we have more projects in the works. Â Mitch is professional, personable and true to his word. Â They looked high and low for granite until they found one we liked. Â They will go to the ends of the earth to make sure the customer is happy.
