How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I ask them to complete a detailed lifestyle questionnaire and have a 60-minute complementary consultation in order to get a thorough understanding of their situation, their goals and what they do and don't like.

Commitment and consistency are key. Not just at the outset but until the goals are achieved. It's also important to set realistic goals.
