Together we can develop a tailor made flexible programme to suit your individual needs and goals whether they may be to:

The programme will be developed applying the principles and components of health related fitness and skill related fitness:
Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition
Agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed
A dietary assessment can be conducted if required, followed by a flexible diet plan consisting of a balance of all macro and micro nutrients constructing a healthy balanced diet which will aid you to achieve your goals more efficiently.
