What do you love most about your job?
I love the project life cycle process from start to finish. Seeing an Idea develop into an end product that all party's are happy with.
Every project is different and has its own problems, there is never a day when I am bored at work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At Proctors and Stevenson’s marketing communications agency I was intrigued by customer facing parts of business. I was inspired to start Maxmotion Ltd, excited by the idea of having my own brand and motivated by the prospects growth. It continues a massive learning curve, I’ve learnt a lot about the industry and thoroughly enjoy providing a range of innovative creative services, improving my skills and growing the business.
In particular I enjoy customer relations and have taken on a range of work alongside motion graphics.
