My name's Matteo. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Chatham. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Cirencester, and able to cover areas such as Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon and Stroud.

I would recommend Matt for excellent personal training.
Regardless of age , size or fitness level he will adapt the session to suit.
He makes every session fun and varied.
Matt has helped me loose weight and given diet advice as well as loose the inches and become fitter and stronger.

Matteo has transformed me from a size 16 to a 12 . Yes I have shrunk but there is more ! My movement is lighter, I’m stronger, steps and exercise are no longer traumatic, I sleep better eat better and feel so much happier. His expertise and very pleasant manner keep me focused and I never feel embarrassed or awkward, more empowered and capable. The training is executed safely and I feel Matt has planned each session to meet my needs and ensures I give maximum effort. I began training with Matt a few months ago. I was very unfit with the prospect of a hip replacement operation on the horizon. Matt is totally inspirational. He has helped me loose the pounds and inches and completely change the way I look at food. He has been massively supportive and our training sessions are varied and fun. I had been having my personal training sessions with Matt after a friend recommended him. When I first met him, I was a little worried because I was very unfit. My anxiety was quickly forgotten as he immediately made me feel at ease, and was friendly and personable. He eased me slowly and motivated me not to give up. He made the session enjoyable. Matt is very focused on helping me achieve my fitness level and target weight. He also gave me tips on nutrition and how I can use them at home. Abit different to most personal trainers, you do really feel he's really much involved in your progression rather then booking you in for more time slot for there own personal benefit, glad to have had Matteo Paolini has a trainer.

Matt has a lot of experience with all ages of client. I developed a lot under a year of Matt's sessions. In the beginning burpees and Press ups were really hard for me. Now they seem so easy, I take part in brazillian jiu jitsu, judo and even ran a marathon after Matt helped me with my core fitness. I would say the sessions with Matt helped put what was possible into perspective, I can deadlift about 160kg now and train ten hours in a week without being surprised. Very considerate and understanding of my ailments (hip and shoulder joint pains) and I felt I had been worked hard. Matt first tried various exercises gently to make sure I did not aggravate my problems.
