I came to Matt for some help in regards to weight loss. He helped me by writing up an amazing programme which he could also monitor and keep updating with my preferences so that my workouts were more enjoyable. I believe Matt is an unbelievable Pt who pays attention to every single bit of detail and definitely does more than what is expected because he genuinely loves what he does and enjoys helping people. I hated the gym. Hated it. Matt made it fun, interesting and I actually taught me why I had to do the things he was making me do. It's got to be 5 stars!!! Matts body blast class is awesome. He works us hard every week, challenging us as a group and individually. I love the fact we are always trying new exercises and equipment. Matt demonstrates well and is an easy guy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Every week, muscles hurt that I never new existed.....that's GOT to he a sign of a good, hard workout! :-) More...

Matt has been great from day one! Been training with him for a few months now and he always makes the extra effort. He doesn't clock watch and will always put in the extra time to see how stuff is going, he genuinely cares how I'm finding the training. He's not only helped with the gym and setting a fun, varied training programme but he's also looked at "diet" too (and continually tells me to eat more! �). He has put so much effort into getting results and has been a lot of fun to train with too!! He's great at motivating me, even when I'm tired or grumpy. Would definitely recommend Matt! More...

Great easy to follow workouts with loads of detail so that i could do them by myself and not feel completely lost. I always feel really exhilarated after training with Matt, he always pushes me to work to the best of my capabilities and doesnt make me feel like a failure if can't do a particular exercise. I have been training with Matt for over 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around Cambridgeshire area. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have before my big day, if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions.

Matt is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.
