Mark is an excellent personal trainer. He has such a wide range of exercises and activities that each session is different, varied and tailored to my fitness level.
I used to find going to the gym repetitive but now I enjoy every session and really feel my fitness improving each week.
If you enjoy high intensity workouts outdoors you should check out his boot camps sessions as well.
I can highly recommend him!
