I can’t recommend the boot camps enough! I lost my exercise mojo for a couple of years and came back to it with a vengeance because of marks encouragement, support and expertise!

All these classes are unique and very well run. There is an excellent variety of classes so there is something for everyone. I highly recommend for anybody interested in Martial Arts and/or improving overall Fitness. More...

Mark is an excellent personal trainer. He has such a wide range of exercises and activities that each session is different, varied and tailored to my fitness level. I used to find going to the gym repetitive but now I enjoy every session and really feel my fitness improving each week.
If you enjoy high intensity workouts outdoors you should check out his boot camps sessions as well.
I can highly recommend him!
