I was suffering from anxiety and stress and will be forever grateful to Marie for supporting me when I was in crisis. She gave me the coping skills , advise and confidence to be able to cope with and eventually recover.
Marie was sensitive and supportive and I felt heard, it was also very personal and helped me reflect and change the way I feel about myself.

I have known Marie for over 20 years her dedication and drive to make a difference with mental health is inspirational, she has a calming patience’s and will always strive to achieve the best for any person struggling , not one to give up hope and to eliminate the stigma and give people a voice to say it’s ok ,not to be ok , we all cope and handle things differently , Marie certainly helps to make others believe in themselves, and find their inner strength with her support

What do you love most about your job?
I have always enjoyed working with people. Everyone has a different story to tell.
Being a therapist is a privileged and incredibly rewarding role. If I can make someone feel even just a little bit better about themselves or their circumstances, then that is my reward for helping.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide a service that could be flexible to the needs of my clients and for myself.
