How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work closely with my clients to find the best ways to help them achieve goals. I make sure that the plans are tailored to you. The workouts will be specific to your needs and any extra help you need is included. I do weekly check ins to make sure you stay on track all the time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment and motivation! You have to be fully committed to teaching your goals and remember why you started the journey. Motivation will help pull you through the times when you don’t want to exercise or when you want a slice of cake or pizza!
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and I love my clients getting results. When I see my clients changing and getting stronger and fitter it is the best feeling.
