What do you love most about your job?
We love it when we are able to show a customer a better way to get what they need from their telecommunications spend. Sometimes we simply save our customers money but what we really love is when we can save a customer money, and find a more efficient way for them to communicate with their customers and each other.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for many years for some of the biggest companies in the industry, and it was great. However, I have always felt the big players are just not able to offer the right level of service to smaller businesses, and so I saw an opportunity to fill that gap.
