Chef Marlon Alexander did a FANTASTIC job with our wedding. We consider ourselves "foodies" and as such have very specific taste. They offer plenty of seasonal varieties to choose from and not only did we love the food but our guests loved it as well. They were extremely thorough and walked us through the entire process. The food was phenomenal! The wait staff the day of the wedding were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would absolutely recommend their services. Chef Marlon was such a calming presence which assured us they had it all under control. From our first tasting to our wedding day, they were extremely organized, professional, and quick to answer all of our questions. Overall, amazing! Chef Marlon's expertise in culinary is exquisite! Not only is he professional but his personality and charm add a unique yet refreshing experience. From the start he was a pleasure to work/collaborate with to create a wonderful five course experience for my family and guests which totaled 150 people. From every entry(5 Course) to staff assistance the whole process flowed seamlessly and effortlessly.
