I absolutely love Mandarin Stone tiling. I have recently done a two bedroom, bathroom & roof terrace mansard loft conversion with a new real slate roof in Wandsworth, London. The second bedroom onto the terrace I have made a snug/lounge room and have a Laura Ashley fabric arm chair and Laura Ashley fabric sofa bed. I have tiled the snug room in pale cream large Mandarin Stone limestone tile as well as the loft bathroom. I purchased the gorgeous teak wood washstand with limestone top for the bathroom from Mandarin Stone and love it. It has excellent storage space as well. My roof terrace was tiled in Mandarin Stone large cream marble tiles and again looks magnificent. Mandarin Stone tiling is extremely high end and excellent quality. The sales experience and customer service is superb and every detail and information you need regarding limestone or marble tiling or any of their other products, they are more than happy to spend as much time as you need to decide what tiling will be best for your home. I purchased all my tiling and wash stand from the Weybridge, Surrey show room in 2018 and Isabella from Mandarin Stone was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend her. I would be lying if I said I hadn't read some of the less favourable reviews on here before ordering, but I have to say that my personal experience couldn't be more different. The service we have received from visiting the showroom, ordering, delivery (shout out to Carl; awesome guy, extremely personable and very good at his job!), pre- and post-sales support has been second to none. We actually returned our initial order as it wasn't what we expected and they have been amazing at working with us to sort it all out. They made what could have been a nightmare a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Special mention has to go to Lizzie who has gone our of her way...and I mean way way way above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that we got the stone we wanted (Troy marble btw, it's awesome) and that we were happy customers. She achieved that, and some. I will be posting a photo of the finished floor soon so she can see it and how happy we are!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mandarin and their products...we are already planning what we are going to have in the back garden and will definitely be returning to Mandarin to order next year. Thanks again everyone at Mandarin, and I'll be in touch in 2017! :-) More...

When the marble herringbone Mosiac turned up, I was very disappointed as it was very different to what we saw in store. However now we have put a colour intensifier on it, it has really brought out the grey tones and it looks beautiful. From initial phone call to the collection of my stone from Mandarin HQ the service has was exceptional. Thanks to Mathew in the Cheltenham Branch and Oli in their Monmouth warehouse, they managed to really go beyond the call of good customer service to look after use. We sources the Tumbles Almond tiles from their yard stock and Mathew made sure they were book to be delivered on time for our tiler. I have found Mandarin Stone customer service, goods and knowledge second to none. I have been buying Natural Stone for over thirty years for the construction Industry. I do not normally have the time to write such observations but in this case I feel I should. Mr Wright should consider this. A stone fixer would need to cut stone in many areas of the room. A good fitter prices tiling by the square metre and not by the amount of cuts he has to make,therefor as long as the width is the correct width requested cutting a few lengths is not a problem. My company have used Mandarinstone on many occasions over the last fifteen years. We have visited most of their showroom in this time to view various products. We have always found their staff knowledge, stone and pricing excellent, the Cardiff showroom is no exception. I would recommend Mandarinstone to anyone. More...
