I attended Malucci for botox treatment on my forehead and around my eyes.
I paid £400 for this treatment and was seen by Dr Jana.
On my first visit this took no effect and I was asked to return for a second visit.
On the second visit it took no effect and I was asked to return for a third time.
I left at least 7 days in between each visit.
I have had this treatment in the past at two other clinics for many years with no problem. Over the 5 years I have been having this treatment elsewhere, I have always seen results within 48hrs. After 2 weeks I had no results from Malucci and full movement in my forehead and around my eyes.
The clinic have now offered me £100 as a gesture of goodwill but not the 3rd treatment they originally promised.
This has been a complete waste of my time and money with zero outcome. I wont be returning for this treatment or any other and would advise others of the same.

I have had two procedures with Mallucci London. One in November 2016 and one in July 2018.Mr Mallucci was open, honest and considerate in all of his dealings with me. He took the time to answer questions and also explained what I could expect for the procedures and the aftermath, this helped manage my expectations of the work being carried out.His staff, from the receptionist, office manager, personal assistants, surgery staff and nurse were impeccable. Polite, helpful and kind in all their dealings with me. Mr Mallocci is simply a genius. I had previously had 2 breast surgerys with a surgeon not to be named.
I was not happy with either of them. I went and see Mr Mallocci he put me at ease straight away. I had my breast uplift surgery on the 27th Feb 2018. I could not be happier it's only been 14 weeks and you can barely see the scars already. I cannot thank Mr Mallocci and all his nurses and all his staff enough they are all very professional caring helpfull nothing is a problem. Even Michelle Mr Mallocci PA is able to answer questions that you may have. So in my opinion your search is over now go and see Mr Mallocci you will not regret it. GOOD LUCK X X X
