Been going here for years... best gym in London.

The best way I can put it is the gym is as clean as a commercial gym but has all the equipment you'd expect in a private gym.

They constantly improve and find new years to put as much equipment in the gym.

The staff are also very friendly.

Staff retention is pretty good here so goes to show that they are respected and looked after.

If you want a good workout and looking for a gym in the area, 100% this is the place to go.

Gyms just don't get no better than this place

If you're serious about your body, this is the place to be. It's a well run no BS old skool gym. The overpriced chains could really learn a thing or two from a gym as this.

If you don't feel empowered like Rocky every time you walk in there, regardless of body type and gender, I don't know what gym would motivate you to get in or stay in shape.

It's clean, very well equipped and run. My only gripe has nothing to do with the gym, but some other gym goers not putting weights back after use, but that really isn't an issue.

For those who may feel self-conscious, don't be, you're there for a reason and everyone else is too concerned with themselves to be looking at anyone else, I can say though members are helpful to one another and have no problem helping or offering advice.

I carry out a free consultation with no obligation to buy my services which entails getting to know more about the client (yourself) . With this information we work together to decide on your goals which follow the SMART principles (specific, measurable, accurate, realistic and time manageable). Within this free consultation i provide nutritional and exercise advice.
I will carry out fitness tests which gives me an idea of your current fitness abilities in turn, allowing me to design an individualsed exercise programme tailored to yourself. You have the option to use me as a personal trainer for all of your sessions or if you do not want me to train you for every session you are free to follow the exercise programme yourself and have me personal train you once a week or less depending on your wants. Which ever option you take I will always monitor your progress which allows me to adapt your exercise plan accordingly to ensure you are making continuous progress. Alternatively if you would like one off personal training sessions to get more of a feel of what they are like this is an option too. Whether you decide to book a block session or a one of session I am always on hand via social media, telephone to keep you motivated and answer any questions you may have even if you are not booked in for a session at that moment in time.

We all know its becoming increasingly difficult to find time for ourselves and when we have limited free time the last thing you want to do is get active. Through my training sessions I will teach you how a 30 minute work out 3- 4 times a week is more than enough to achieve your goals whether it be strength conditioning, toning or weight loss. I will help you understand there is no need for endless exercise or a crash diet in order to reach your goals and instead I will show you how to make lifestyle changes which you will be surprised to see how much a small difference can go a long way.

Self expression is the main reason why i started my own Personal Training business because i know so many people including myself that have struggled with their body image which impacts on their confidence and overall mental health. I started this business to give people in Essex, North and East London more opportunities to get fit and feel good about themselves.
I no longer want to work for a gym where you are stuck within their rules and regulations. My own business gives me the flexibility to deliver what the clients want - for example no restriction on timings. I aim to give people more opportunities by charging low prices and creating my own environment - taking personal training anywhere including gym, outdoor park, at home, online.

Lastly it is my passion to help others and i do not like the idea of clients being pressured to take out services or programmes. My own business allows me to work with clients (yourself) collaboratively by mutually agreeing what it is you want out of personal training.
