Was a bit worried when I saw that one of the lads was an ex-pupil who Id taught and who was lazy in school but I shouldn't have worried. They were professional, polite, hard working and when they left the roof looked so good that it has definitely added value to the house. After having an absolute nightmare with a rogue builder that left us with what can only be described as the roof from hell (botched, leaking, uneven skylights, cracked and missing tiles, the list goes on. ..) we called several roofers out for quotes to fix the damage. Because of the terrible situation we had with the first builder, I was really hesitant to trust another tradesman and was extremely selective with who I would allow to rectify the damage caused. We called Paul last Thursday afternoon and he came out to quote the same day. He was really honest about what we'd need to fix the roof, as many of the roofers we invited to quote prior to Paul were very dramatic about the amount of work that would need doing, and with each quote the price seemed to increase! However, after thoroughly reviewing the damage and taking all the necessary measurements, it was evident that Paul had lots of experience and he put us at ease immediately - a complete contrast to the first builder!

Now, just a few days after the first call, we have a beautiful new roof and we can't praise Paul and the team enough for their professionalism, politeness, speed and cleanliness. They are all perfectionists and it really shows in the finish of their work; even a manufacturing issue with the fascia - that was no fault of the teams - was resolved before it was even a problem! We didn't have to worry once through the whole process and we were so impressed we've already asked them to complete another job.

Had a great experience with Maintenance Free Roofing guys, had a leak on Sunday night, called them Monday morning and they were here before lunch. Great price and work carried out, had called numerous builders in the past to have them either not turn up or had to have work redone for the mistakes made. Just had a leak repaired in the roof and feel that they did a very thorough job, explaining what fix they would do and also doing a few extra maintenance jobs while they were up there like clearing the gutters which I really appreciated. Dale and the team were professional and friendly and I'll most likely go with them again with more work I've got planned in the future.
