We called to arrange a clean this was organised. They never turned up resulting in us leaving a key outside our house for a long time. We re-scheduled. Had a call on the day requesting a change of time that we adjusted our day to accommodate. The cleaner never turned up blaming parking at another property for their clean making this clean not worth it for her. Not very apologetic. We are sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the overall experience with ourselves. It appears that due to there being no parking available at your property the cleaner was unable to attend at your desired day / time. We do generally need parking to be made available in order to help facilitate the cleans. In this instance the only cleaner available who does not drive was away on holiday and unable to attend within the time-frame you would have liked. Apologies again for any inconvenience.

Sorry to hear you're disappointed. Upon investigation it appears you had a carpet clean that couldn't remove fading and potentially requires a new carpet. Unfortunately carpet cleaning alone cannot remove fading from carpets.

Really pleased with the cleaning. Always done to a high standard.

Rachel and Nicola did an amazing job! We ordered a deep clean but it was actually a post construction since we had just had builders in.
