I had my first ever Reflexology session with Jaideep on Wednesday and received so much from it ! Straight away I felt Jaideeps love, care and passion for her work and her comfortable, gorgeous surroundings were to second to none. Jaideep managed to to pick up several relevant things/ issues that I have been experiencing lately so along with being a very calming experiencing, it was a beneficial one too. My treatment was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. I’m so amazed that Jaideep could tell from my feet that I have a back injury, and exactly where it is on my spine, that I have pain in my knees, and that I clench my jaw, amazing! Highly recommended.

I wasn't the one to believe in Reflexology, BUT after seeing Jaideep, she really knows what she is doing, explains the treatment well and is so professional. I've been seeing her every couple of weeks for several problems, and I have already started to see an improvement with bloating and tensed shoulders plus other problems. I've also learnt a lot a long the way, knowing which parts of the foot relate to the body. A great way to relax, have some 'me' time and learn a little. It is safe to say, I believe in the treatment and I couldn't recommend Jaideep enough, she is brilliant! More...
