Lucas and the team were absolutely amazing! I contacted them at the last minute with no clear idea about what I wanted and what would look good and got great help and advice, that ensured we had a wonderful night! We have used Magic Events production services for 2 years now for our annual ball and they haven't failed to provide excellent service and a fantastic finished product for our ball. Lucas is absolutely brilliant. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I was over the moon with his professionalism and friendliness. Myself and my wife got married at The Queens House on September 3rd 2016, and he made the venue for the evening reception look stunning. It was very very reasonable prices too. Our DJ bailed on us a week before the wedding so we went into panic mode. We asked our venue location who they would recommend for sound and lighting equipment and they said here. We called and Lucas on the phone was so helpful and got us exactly what we needed for cheap!!! They deliver and install on time. It worked amazing the whole day! It was perfect! We used a laptop with it and our DJ had zero issues with it all. It was even great with our sax player. The guys were very nice! I would highly recommend anyone here for sound and lighting equipment! Amazing service. We went with these guys for sound and led uplighters rental needs for a wedding. They were helpful in telling us what exactly we needed and when we had to amend small aspects of the order. The kickass service part came later - when we forgot to return a couple of pieces of gear to them on time, they gave us two weeks to get our act together. Unfortunately, post wedding brain meant we still didn't get to it, and so they gave a gentle nudge and charged the card for the missing items all the while still saying that they'd really just rather have their gear back. Fantastic experience with this company for my husband's 50th party in the City at St Bart Brewery.  Communication was very good, service perfect. They added extra lighting and backdrops. They did everything that was promised and more.  Best value I found after talking with many companies. Was difficult because I was organizing from California but they always emailed me back immediately. That was important because not many other businesses did. The night of event they were there several hours early to set up. The Sax and Bongo combination was just fantastic.  I would do it again and highly recommend using the company for their full service setup. We booked magic event for our Wedding day and they were Best DJ we have seen in Worthing! The uplighters were perfect, also the led fire flames on stage looked amazing . Great value for money and set up really early on the day as well and played music outside. The guys who worked that night were top guys. The sound quality and mixes of songs are the best I have heard, even better than going to a nightclub! Everyone loved the music and how it went from song to song. Booked for 40th,45th and 50th combined birthday party. Very competitive price and excellent communication. Easy to book. Lucas was very helpful, friendly and played all requests and made announcements as required. Everyone had a great evening and enjoyed the music. We read all reviews about magic event here and was not sure if all are fake or not you never know so when we used magic event ,we booked a disco with them for my daughters 13th birthday last weekend. Magic event provided prompt responses to my emails when booking, and also a follow up email after the event to check we were happy with everything. The DJ on the evening was great. Everyone really enjoyed the disco, and my daughter said it was the best party she has had! We had a party for my dads 60th in June 2016; the planning was quite last minute and so we were struggling to find a dj. But thankfully Dj Magic from Magic Event was available. The guests commented all throughout the night about how good and varied the music was, how the lighting set the atmosphere and how he played all song requests. We had Lucas and Alex play at our wedding and they were brilliant. I was quite nervous as I'd only read reviews and you never know if they are fake or not but they were fabulous. They transformed the room with LED's and the wonderful dancefloor whilst we were upstairs having food. Towards the end of the dinner, my 6yr old niece came rushing up to me, wide eyed and unbelievably excited about the "fake fire lights" and how the whole room was just magical. I fear any disco her mother puts on for her now will never be the same! I am so pleased we got Alex the Bongo player too!! Thank you both for being so nice and lovely to our guests also. We hired some LED up lighters along with a saxophone and bongo player for our engagement party. The up lighters were very effective and made the venue look amazing. The saxophone and bongo players Alex and Lesh turned up on time and as planned and were excellent performers. I hired a couple of speakers and some pink LED uplighters from Magic Event for a 40th birthday party at my house and would thoroughly recommend them. I called Lucas with lots of questions and he answered everything I needed to know, he was really flexible about when I could collect the items (they will deliver but I chose to collect) and explained how everything worked to me although it was all very straightforward. Lucas from Magic Event was our dj at our wedding on 5th March this year and what a fantastic service he provided. From the time we first met Lucas, we knew we wanted him to take care of our wedding reception. He took the time to meet with us and go through the various packages and lighting we could have. He kept in touch regularly and made us feel totally confident in our choice. Our reception was perfect, Lucas set up looked fantastic and the music was perfect, our guests were up dancing all night and have all commented on how great he was and how fantastic the music was. Nobody wanted the night to end. Magic event exceeded our expectations, the photo's do not quite do the night justice as when we walked back into the suite after the room change around we were blown away by how great it looked. Lucas was very helpful when putting our playlist together, he offered links to example sets that we could listen to and gave a great list of songs to choose from. We ended up choosing three different genres of music and Lucas had all of the songs that we requested. He mixed the music with skill and had a crowd of people on the dance floor for the majority of the night. Overall the service was professional, friendly and top quality.
