For my sister's wedding back in October 2018, after much research we went with M25 Chauffeur Hire, as they seemed the best value for money. But we were more pleased with the excellent service we received. The two cars arrived in good time to take us to the wedding venue. The cars looked very smart, were very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with a white ribbon. We were really impressed with professionalism of the chauffeurs; they were very accommodating, and when we got to the venue with time to spare, they were happy to let us wait until we needed to go in. The 'Hire class Travel' certainly lives up to its name.
The service is impeccable, they catered for our every need, providing refreshments, and even newspapers of our choice, they basically tailored our journey around what we wanted, not trying to put us into something that made things easier for them, as have some of the companies we have used in the past.. The drivers are courteous and polite, always arrive punctually, and get you to your destination on time, and the free WIFI on board is an absolute godsend. The Drivers are very smartly dressed. Basically, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Their vehicles are very clean and fresh, unlike some companies we have used.
Their Office staff are always there to help as well, which isn't always so with some companies.

My experience with M25chauffeurs was excellent. Miss Rebecca was very friendly, helpful, and honest, she worked with me on my booking and gave me a great deal on wedding cars. We were unsure of which cars to choose for our big day, but Miss Rebeca help us with a good choice at the end. The driver was polite, professional and helpful. Scam company. Do not trust them.
In April 2018, my wife booked a car on their website, for a transfer from Heathrow Airp to a London Hotel and back. She booked it with about 1 week in advance and had to pay the full amount, with her card, for the booking to be accepted.
3-4 hours before her arrival, she received a message from them, telling her that they are no longer coming and that another car will pick her but she has to pay in cash to the driver and they will reimburse her what she already paid with the card.
Since then, we sent several emails to them, asking the reimbursement, without receiving any answer. We also called them several times but they always say that the manager is not in the office and that they will transmit our message to him. Nothing happened.
It looks like their web page is a way to fool people to pay different amounts, having no real services behind. More...

An awful experience. Do not use.

This company, owned by Mr Joseph Amoateng, provided an appaling service for my daughter's wedding. The car, a Bentley, failed to turn up at the hotel to take her to the church. We had to use a taxi. The Bentley arrived later, after the wedding service, to take the couple to the reception venue. The chauffeur was not at all concerned, nor apologetic and blamed a communication issue, despite the company email being very clear about venue pick ups. Sadly, the lilac ribbons that were ordered and promised were not on the car, the expected champagne was not provided and the driver took the most direct route (10 minutes in all) to drop the couple at the reception venue. The car was booked for TWO hours. Needless to say the couple arrived before the guests!

Trying to contact Mr Amoateng about this has been extremely difficult. (My wife had tried several times, using the M25 UK Chauffeurs Ltd telephone number and had emailed him daily for four days.) WHEN i did eventually make contact the saga was extraordinary. Mr Amoateng has not returned calls when he said he would, has failed to provide details that he promised to provide, and is blaming all kinds of seemingly non-existent people for the problem rather than take full responsibility as it's his name on Company House's Register. His reception service appears to be a 'call centre' type operation which cannot put people in touch with
Mr Amoateng, nor can they provide information about themselves. Email contact is pointless because it does not get a reply. Smoke and mirrors. Do not use! In my experience, if something goes wrong, there doesn't appear to be anybody who will accept any responsibility. When it is a one-off event, such as a wedding, that has a shadow cast over it, due to neglect and incompetence, there is no going back to do it again. No one seems to care about this, indeed if one pursues a complaint far enough it gets pushed back by Mr Amoateng to a car brokerage company based in Wales, even thought the agreement for service is with M25 Chauffeurs Ltd.
It proves impossible to find a responsible person to contact at M25 Chauffeurs, who can make a clear decision or give a clear response. This whole matter, still unresolved, has absolutely no coherence at all.

Awful service, paid £295 for a half hour journey for the bride.. wrong car turned up, no flowers in it, no champagne as promised, wrong ribbons on car and driver left my daughter to walk through the rain in a full length gown to the car which was parked three houses away. Am not person who hardly leaves reviews but m25 is a not business and they had me waiting for 2 hours. Who does that to a paying customer.. poor business ethics.
