I agreed a price and then paid a deposit of half the cost of the job. Then they made contact to say the price had been increased by £300. I said I was not happy that he had increased the price after I had paid the deposit and they cancelled the job. More...

The customer requested additional work following the initial quote given, and as such the price increased accordingly. The customer then expressed dissatisfaction for the new price quoted, so with the customer's best interests in mind the job was cancelled and a full refund of the deposit was issued immediately.
