What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about Administration Side of Business seeing all your Paperwork in place at the end of the day and seeing it all organised.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since leaving School I have always been in the working world up until 18 months ago when I was no longer in a position to work from a Office. I have always had a huge amount of pride in my work and I love my Career Path, I recently had cause to deal with various Small Businesses and it became apparent that at times they become very busy and keeping on track of the Paperwork and Phone Calls was not always their priority. This can cause them to lose Business even I have not used a Company because they have taken so long to return a Phone Call, Submit Quotes or even their Mannerisms when I have spoken to them. There as also been Occasions I have not contacted a Small Business because XYZ called and they had an issue. The Administration Side of Business is not always a priority for Some but to me it my Passion, so why not offer my abilities and Skills to others and Help them Succeed.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20+ years experience in the Field and have covered a whole host of tasks. As I work from my own home I work 7 days a week to ensure I am their to support other Small Businesses and meet any tight deadlines that may be needed. Unlike Larger Administrative Services that offer similar Support to Myself as a Sole Trader I can keep my fees lower and I will only ever invoice for the time used I do not ask for a Minimum Number of Hours to be Purchased.
