Where do I start? This lady is AMAZING! I was recommended Lynsey by my sister about 4 years ago when I wanted to get in shape for my wedding. I'm so glad I found her! I hated exercise and really struggled to get the motivation to go to the gym. Within a couple of weeks of her PT sessions I was hooked and I really did shape up for my wedding. Ive recently had children so have restarted my PT sessions with her. My figure is coming back and I have so much more energy. I have been training with Lynsey for a year. She really listens to what you are trying to achieve and it's never dull working out! When I started last January, I had not been in a gym in around 15 years, and sat at a desk all day. My posture was terrible and I was eating poorly, and underweight. I have been going to Lynsey since January this year. I wanted to lose excess body weight and gain a better shape. I started off with one PT session a week and enjoy it so much I have upped it to two! The sessions are always fun and I’m always surprised when we finish the session as they go so fast. I’m really pleased with the definition I have gained in my back and arms. I’ve been working with Lynsey over the last few months and can’t believe everything she has helped me achieve. In only a few weeks we managed to reduce my resting heart rate by a whole12 bpm, improve my upper body strength (I can now do 10 whole press ups!) and achieve the best physical fitness I’ve ever had in my life. I’m getting faster and stronger every week and having a lot of fun too. My mood is better, my sleep is better and my confidence is through the roof.

Lynsey isn’t a ‘one workout suits all’ PT. She listens, understands her clients’ different goals, and develops tailored exercise and nutrition plans to help you achieve your goal. I joined Hannah for one PT session a week back in September and now would never want to go back! I joined Your Contour in December as well and love it! There’s so many healthy recipes which I love trying and I use the website a lot to look up exercise examples specific to the area that I’m training whilst I’m in the gym. I chose Lynsey to train me 1:1 because I was struggling with my age and change of body shape and Lynsey was very understanding. Our sessions are always fun ( as much as they can be !) and Lynsey is always very attentive and and professional.
Lynsey has always been very accommodating and understanding about my needs and how training fits into my busy work life.
Most of all she is very motivating and yet she ensures your expectations are realistic so you always feel inspired to keep going .
Lynsey is always on hand if I have any questions and will always go that extra mile and this is because she is passionate about what she does.

I’ve only managed to have a couple of sessions with Lynsey due to my hectic life and motherhood commitments but everytime I have seen her I’ve felt strong and positive. She patient and understanding.

I was introduced to Lynsey through my sister as they went to the same gym as each other. One of the best things my sister has ever done for me! :) I was due to get married and needed to get into shape. Lynsey made this possible and by the time my wedding day came I had toned up massively and also lost 8 pounds. To celebrate this I made sure I purchased ALOT of new bikinis for the honeymoon! I've recently restarted sessions with Lynsey as although I was still going to the gym I felt that I wasn't achieving the same results working out alone. I had 1-1 posing classes with Lynsey and I honestly can't praise her enough. Firstly, she was prompt and flexible and able to book in slots to fit around my shift work. She was so lovely and approachable, happy to answer any questions at any time. She immediately saw what I needed to work on, taking photos for my progress. I signed up with Your Contour a month ago and am so pleased I did! I've been stagnant in my diet and training regime for months and in just 3 weeks the change to my figure and the way I feel has been amazing. The ladies really do give continuous support and have a great knowledge on nutrition, a huge deal if you are vegan like me! So...where should I start From my dark period when I was in a dangerous grade of underweight..? From my big fear towards the carbs Or from the moment that I decided to ask help to these amazing ladies who helped me so much mentally and physically..? I was under eating and over training...a lot of cardio and I was refusing to eat carbs. I wonder how I was able to even go out for a little walk...but, since the day I found out this amazing account and these superwoman...God. It has changed completely my whole life. They helped me everyday texting me and guiding me giving me a lot of good advice and they didn't let me behind when I had questions. They inspire and motivate me.
