I’ve been training with Jess 10 weeks twice a week. I wanted to get back to pre pregnancy shape. Jess has been very encouraging and motivating, always checking on my diet as well making sure I was eating healthily. She always shows and explains what needs to be done and modifies it based on your abilities. The training varies so you don’t get bored. She was also happy to entertain my little baby when she was awake crying which I found super helpful as it’s very hard to do anything when your baby is crying. I have lost 8 kg in 10 weeks and I wouldn’t be able to do it without Jess’s help. More...
