I would highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. Workouts are tailored to you, fitness goals are set and made achievable. Luke keeps you motivated and workouts are varied. Before booking Luke my fitness levels were poor. In a short space of a few months I'm now up to running just over 6km. I trained with Luke for around 6 months before I disappeared off to uni, and it was absolutely fab !! Very adaptive to how my fitness desires changed! Had a range of programmes from serious booty building to complete fat burning to work through which targeted different areas over the months, which benefitted me greatly! I had a free wellness check up with luke and have used the Herbalife products for just over 3 months - the shakes have helped me to give up eating bread (and cheese!) I have lost over a stone now and I feel and look so much better!!! My clothes fit better too. I have even got my husband using the shakes once a day and he is looking much trimmer!! I am going to continue as I would like to lose another half a stone. My appetite is much smaller and I am confident I can do this!! It is difficult to lose weight in your 50's but with luke's encouragement and these products - it can be done!!! More...

I cannot express enough how great Luke is! He has really helped me in achieving the body I want and making it feels natural and easy - now part of my day to day lifestyle! I came to Luke with the specific goal to lose weight and increase my fitness level. Previously I'd struggled to stick to exercise regimes or keep initial weight loss off. Luke designed an exercise programme that was not only manageable but also enjoyable. Luke was very motivational and always had the ability to make me go that extra mile when I was giving up easily, he also knew when I'd had enough. This helped me stay invested and motivated in my programme. I can't recommend Luke enough. We are now discussing a muscle gain programme now that I've hit my weight loss goal. I'm looking forward to the next challenge. More...

Luke adapts the program to my personal needs, changing exercises every so often so my muscles don´t get used to it. We can train in the park when the weather permits too, and do intense cardio interval training. I have a random schedule, but he can always adapt to it, week-on-week. Progress is tough- however sessions are fun! He understands my objectives so we target and tone up those troublesome áreas. More...

I approached Luke around a month ago as I was looking to get back into some sort of exercise routine after having a child (taking up all my spare time) and rupturing my ACL playing rugby. Luke took the time to listen to what I was looking to do and how much time I could commit a week and put together a plan for me to start me off. A few weeks in and the plan is working great and helping me work towards my weight loss & fitness level goals. We are now working together to introduce a few more exercises into the daily routines. I am adept in helping people lose weight and bodyfat. The clients who choose to work with me have kind of made this my specialty!

Although the bulk of my clients are with me for weight loss and toning I am also very experienced in resistance and freeweight training as thats the route my own personal training takes; so if you are new to resistance training and looking to gain a bit of size or lean muscle I can confidently guide you to some good quality muscle gains!
