My name's Luke. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Liverpool. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Liverpool, and also able to cover areas such as Birkenhead and Southport.

I love coming to Luke’s sessions: he is friendly, reliable and supportive. He has helped to reach my goals and want to continue doing so. I wasn’t a gym person before coming to Luke but now I love it and couldn’t imagine not going. I have become stronger and learnt so much about nutrition and fitness whilst training under him. He is very knowledgeable and I always feel I can come to him if I have any questions or concerns. Hands down one of the best things I have done and I couldn’t recommend him more. More...

Luke is an amazing personal trainer, he knows how to incorporate fun within an extremely beneficial workout. He is always pushing you to your absolute limits and is always standing by ready to convince and motivate you to push yourself further than you ever thought you could. Not really a gym person but gave it a go anyway! Really enjoyed it and wanted to push myself so i started personal training with Luke! I have loved every minute of it. Fun sessions, he works around you and encourages you with everything! Seeing my pictures from when i first started with him to the last session is amazing. I am so pleased with the results cant believe how much i have changed in 5 weeks! I have new goals for myself now now that i have been give that push i needed! I couldnt recommend him enough! Luke is an excellent personal trainer. He is extremely motivating in our sessions and always pushes me to my limits. After 11 sessions I can definitely see and feel the results, which has encouraged me to keep it up. Highly recommend!!

Luke is an excellent personal trainer. As a very lazy person, he kept me very motivated and helped me tone up in a very short amount of time and my overall strength and fitness improved so much. I was never a gym person, but a few months ago I joined one, near to my house, just to try it. Set my mind on it and start to book classes to make myself go. Then Luke appeared to give a HIIT class and it was the BEST. Pushing everybody to the limits. I felt so good after that class that I booked a PT session just to try it, and it was worth it. My main goal is to lose some belly fat and, since I started training with Luke, for the past two weeks, I can see that I improved a lot. My strength is getting better, can do more exercises, even those I couldn't imagine doing. Luke is the nicest person to work with. Gives you a lot of advice about your food, what to have or not, which helps a lot, is always available for any question, the exercises that he develops for you it´s directed only for you and for your personal settings.Give it a try.
