Lucy came to visit me and meet my precious baby penny today for her first wash, and blow dry. Lucy made penny feel very comfortable with her and even gave penny a massage, which penny loved. Lucy came and pampered two of my Pooches today and she was fantastic from start to finish! They look and smell beautiful and absolutely loved her! I even managed to introduce my rescue dog who I wasn’t sure would take to a grooming environment, but Lucy was amazing with him and very understanding and even had his eyes bathed with lots of cuddles and treats as an introduction! I honestly don't think I could have picked anyone more perfect to give my dogs a calm, relaxing and thorough groom treatment! Lucy was just amazing with both my fur babies ❤ One is very big and very boisterous and the other is a very timid and nervous little thing that needs a lot of reassurance and Lucy knew exactly how to accommodate to them both.
