It's taken me a long time to get round to writing this review of the INCREDIBLE Lucy Noble - mainly because I have so much love for her and her work that I felt it was too big a task to write it all down!

So my new hubby and I met Lucy for an informal chat about 2.5 years ahead of our wedding just after we booked the venue. We knew INSTANTLY that she was the one we wanted to shoot our wedding day, and had shaken on it before I think she had even got the door to leave! She offered the perfect package but also the beautiful arty shots I love with the stunning mix of more 'capturing the natural moments' my hubster was in need of.

Working with me (demanding bride and then some) who is confident infront of a camera and then slightly more uncomfortable in 'posed images' hubby must have been hard but not once did we ever feel uncomfortable infront of Lucy's lens or that our needs/requests (ok mine) were silly, annoying or not worth the prompt reply I got from her. We felt at ease during the pre wedding shoot and of course the wedding day. Because of her lovely nature and skill we felt relaxed in every part of the journey with her - from the booking process through to our wedding day images being taken.

Guests have commented on how they ADORE our images but were blown away as to how some have been taken as they didn't even notice our ninja photographer being there in that very special moment. Perfect!

I also have loved the process post wedding day - Lucy drip fed a few WONDERFUL images after our day...perfect to keep the day alive for us but just so exciting when you see moments captured and what she has in store for you. I must say the delivery of the USB was just like a child at christmas!

Her talent speaks for itself I think - I can't recommend Lucy enough... I'm just sad that I can't get married again and have her there calming me down and capturing the most STUNNING natural moments. Also she made me and my new hubby look awesome so tbh I'd love Lucy just to follow me around and somehow make me look beautiful in everything I do! Hahaha!

On a serious note though; Lucy Noble is a lovely lady and brilliant talent. The images she has captured and then given us to help remember and cherish our wedding day are the most wonderful gift we could ever have asked for. They are truly beautiful and we are extremely lucky to have had her there to do so.

Lucy has been fantastic from our initial meeting to our pre-wedding shoot and wedding day.

Her relaxed and friendly approach made us feel instantly at ease and we had a lot of fun having our photos taken. This was reflected in Lucy's work and we couldn't be happier with our fantastic photos.

We wouldn't hesitate to ask Lucy to be our photographer again in the future and would definitely recommend her!

Since the moment we met in the pub to look over her portfolio, Lucy has felt like a friend. Walking through the woods for our pre-shoot months later, felt like meeting up with an old friend. By the time our wedding came around, Lucy felt like a guest. We were just as excited to spend the day with her as we were with any of our family. I never dreamed I would feel so comfortable with a photographer. Being photographed on our wedding day was something I'd always dreaded, but because of Lucy it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable parts of our day. We recently met up with Lucy to receive our Wedding albums which were truly beautiful!

From start to finish Lucy made the process stress-free and fun. Not only did she make us feel completely at ease around her but she approached everything with an enthusiasm and excitement that made us feel like we were the only couple ever to get married!

Not only did Lucy capture the journey of the day perfectly but everyone on the day commented on how comfortable they were in front of Lucy and how she was always subtly in the background and never invasive. We had a great time getting ready and every time we meet up with Lucy it feels like we're meeting up with a friend.

My new husband and I can't thank Lucy enough for the fantastic job she did with our photos and how easy she made the entire process (even understanding all my neurotic and slightly panicked emails).

I can't wait to get some photos printed and up on the wall. Also planning on getting back in touch for a lifestyle shoot when we buy our first house together.

If you're looking for a photographer, I couldn't recommend Lucy enough!

Lucy was absolutely lovely throughout our whole wedding process, from day one when we met over a coffee to discuss our plans, to the day Lucy sent across our final photographs. Lucy was always on hand to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly they were! My husband and my sister went to school with Lucy, so it was especially lovely to have a familiar and very friendly face with us photographing the day.

My husband and I were both initially quite nervous about being in front of the camera, however Lucy immediately made us feel at ease. As soon as Lucy arrived on the morning of the wedding to photograph me and my bridesmaids getting ready, it felt like another friend had arrived to join us.

We have received so many compliments from our wedding guests about how lovely Lucy was, and to us, Lucy felt like another guest which was really special. I’d absolutely recommend Lucy if you are looking for a kind, fun and relaxed wedding photographer. We are so pleased with our wedding photos and will enjoy looking back over them for years to come.

Lucy photographed our wedding last weekend and I can honestly say she was brilliant in every way! Right from the initial meeting we knew we had made the right choice, she's so friendly and relaxed and her shooting style focusing on catching the day in a natural way was perfect for our laid back wedding. We had a fab pre-wedding shoot, with some amazing photos. On the day itself, Lucy was calming, organised and helped the day run smoothly. She kept us smiling and was very conscious about not keeping us away from our guests for too long. We've only seen 2 photos so far but they're absolutely amazing and we can't wait to see the finished results. Just wanted to say a big big thank you for being our wedding photographer super talented lady :D

When we first met lucy she was bubbly, chatty and just super lovely which made us feel calm and relaxed because you just don't know what to expect! Pre-wedding photo shoot... would totally recommend this as it gets you comfortable with the lens if you're camera shy like us! We won't forget the alphabet game! Haha!

On our wedding day it really just felt like having a friend take our photos, and we are so happy with them, they are fab fab fab! You really captured our special day beautifully.

We are absolutely over the moon that Lucy photographed our wedding. From our first meeting with her, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed, it was like meeting with a friend. That continued through our pre-wedding shoot and of course on the big day.

Rick and I were both nervous about being photographed, but in Lucy's company we just felt like us, and we laughed and laughed! When we received our wedding photos it was clear how comfortable we felt around Lucy, as we and our family and friends just look happy and relaxed.

I love the special moments Lucy captured without us realising. Hugs, giggles, chats with our loved one which help to show what a special day we had.

In the build up to our wedding we could not have asked Lucy to be more supportive. She was always there to explain things to us and offer advice. We will never forget what she did for us and could not have asked for more from her! She was just amazing! More...

Lucy!

Thank you for all of the wonderful photos. We absolutely loved looking at them! As you know Jack and I were quite daunted by the thought of being photographed for our wedding, but you made any apprehensions disappear! From that first meeting in that pub in Watford to our brilliant pre-wedding shoot at Ashridge with those cyclists to the wedding day itself - you were so accommodating and made us feel completely at ease with you calming and lovely disposition.

So, thank you for being our photographer, we couldn't recommend you highly enough to anyone who may be looking for a photographer for their special day.

I think our favourite photos are the ones of the speeches, you've captured some great ones of Jack and his Dad laughing, which is just
fantastic.

Where do I even start?! Lucy, our wedding photos are simply beautiful, and tell our story perfectly. I’m sure Lucy has seen hundreds of weddings, yet she has the knack of making you feel as though yours is the best one yet. She is professional throughout, making herself blend seamlessly into the background while she captures the moment, but with such a friendly approach you can’t help but relax and feel as if she is there as a guest. Lucy Noble......what can we say!! You have been fabulous. From the moment we met you, we knew you were the one! The others were too normal but you suited us just grand.
We love our pictures. You were there but also not there. It never felt intrusive but the moments when you needed to take charge, you did with grace.

When I started planning my wedding I was let down by a few photographers that never even called me back! As soon as I emailed Lucy I had a response straight away to arrange a meeting, we met one afternoon and straight away I wanted Lucy as my photographer her photo books were amazing and she was so lovely and friendly. We both loved Lucy’s approach from the first time we met her; she was so friendly and we enjoyed talking through our thoughts about the day.

I am not the most comfortable at being in front of a camera, but Lucy managed to put me at ease and make me feel like I could be myself even with a camera there (quite an achievement!)

My bridesmaids and I enjoyed having Lucy with us when we were getting ready and being part of the whole day. Our friends commented on how lovely she was and it felt really natural and easy having her with us throughout the day.

We had a really beautiful day- everything was just perfect and having Lucy there too to capture the day for us was great. I love the way that she spotted all the little details at our wedding and captured some brilliant shots of our family and friends and our lovely woodland venue. The photos are just stunning. We would definitely recommend Lucy and felt like we had adopted her as part of our family for the day!
